A Salem native, Devin Sheets is the lead audio engineer of the regionally esteemed live sound production company, Alpha Sound. Family owned and operated, they have provided creative and innovative solutions for live performance audio reinforcement for over 40 years, servicing the entire Pacific Northwest and beyond, including international clients in Switzerland and Spain. Alpha has had the privilege of working with artists such as Joshua Bell, Pink Martini and Morten Lauridsen, and has serviced high-profile clientele such as the Hollywood Bowl and the LA Phil, the Oregon Symphony, the Country Music Awards, NIKE, and various TEDx events. Devin’s musical experience also includes over 25 years of piano study, competing and winning competitions across Oregon. He holds a degree in musical arranging with an emphasis in classical piano performance from Azusa Pacific University. He hopes that through working with the Salem Orchestra, he is able to integrate his skills both as a musician and sound engineer into the creative fabric of the classical music genre.
